This magnificent colonial home was built in 1995. The arrangement of windows surrounding its majestic entrance arch works in harmony to create symmetry and graceful lines. The character of the house is emphasized by its stunning three-story foyer, high ceilings and its charming decoration.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted by a warm and soothing atmosphere. The unique textures, fixtures and furnishings set a design tone that continues throughout the home. One of the Imperiales’ favorite rooms is the great room. In particular, they love the TV mounted above the fireplace and disguised by an oil painting on a mechanical shade. It perfectly resembles a framed piece of art.
The owners worked with Ravasy Design to create the kitchen of their dreams. The Imperiales loved their kitchen but not the 1990’s oak finish on the cabinets. So they kept the original kitchen and updated it with all new surface materials to include trending details and accent colors.
Layered details and beautiful molding were added to the entire space. They added a built-in refrigerator, under-cabinet lighting, pendant lights and the “live stone” island with quartz perimeters. The cabinets were spray painted, hand glazed and rubbed with contrasting paint. New hardware, a new sink and a new cooktop set complete the kitchen. This “save what you love” approach minimized disruption and allowed the homeowners to use the kitchen as work was in progress.
Looking through the kitchen window, you’ll see a peaceful and breathtaking backyard complete with a swimming pool, patio and plenty of room and amenities for the family to enjoy. The home is perfect for relaxing, entertaining and enjoying large family gatherings.
